foodpackaging.pk supplies food packaging in Pakistan, including custom printed boxes, cups and bags. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean foodpackaging.pk. “You” means anyone who visits our website or contacts us.

We do not ask for card numbers, bank passwords or CNIC details on this website.

4Quote Forms and WhatsApp
Our Contact and Custom Packaging forms work through WhatsApp. When you press Send on WhatsApp, your browser opens WhatsApp with a message already filled with the details you entered. The message is sent only when you press send in WhatsApp.
- The form details are not stored on our website server.
- Once you send the message, it is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
- We read your message on our WhatsApp number 0301 5897755 and use it only for your enquiry.
5Artwork and Logos
Your logo and design files remain yours. We use them only to prepare mockups and produce your order.
- We do not give your artwork to other customers.
- We may show finished products in our gallery or social media. If you do not want this, tell us when you order.
- We may keep artwork files so that you can reorder easily. You can ask us to delete them.
6Cookies
Cookies are small files saved on your device. We and our tools may use them to:
- make the website work properly,
- remember simple preferences, and
- understand which pages are popular (analytics), so we can improve the site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work well without them.
7Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only when needed:
- Courier and transport partners: your name, phone and address, to deliver your order.
- Printing and production partners: your artwork and order details, to make your products.
- Service providers: website hosting, analytics and messaging tools such as WhatsApp.
- Authorities: if the law requires us to, or to protect our rights and safety.
We ask our partners to use your information only for the service they provide.
8Data Security and Retention
- We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
- No website or online method is 100% secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
- We keep order and enquiry records only as long as needed for service, accounts and legal reasons. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.
9Your Rights and Choices
You can contact us at any time to:
- see the personal information we hold about you,
- correct information that is wrong,
- ask us to delete your information or artwork, unless we must keep it by law, or
- stop marketing messages. Reply “STOP” or tell us on WhatsApp.
We will reply to your request within a reasonable time. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
10Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Our website may link to other sites, such as WhatsApp or social media. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make a big change, we will make it clear on the website.
